1) Prices

All the prices stated in Hookahs’ World are retail prices for final consumers and, with exception of a postal fee, you will not be charged a penny more (no hidden VAT charge or any other charge). Our retail operator is not a VAT payee.

Practices trying to attract customers on very low prices where there is a minute note stating it is without VAT and when the customer is charged considerably more at the checkout are considered by us a deceiving promotion. We also do not use any psychological tricks like crossing a much higher price above the “current our” product price trying to convince you about some fake discounts you get.

There are no hidden fees, deceiving or psychological tricks in our prices. They are clear, very reasonable and you will get first class and the highest quality products for them.

2) Browsing the Catalog

Shopping with us is easy, comfortable, and quick. Our range is transparently divided into several categories that you can easily access by clicking on the items in the left menu Categories. You can also use the Quick Search or the Advanced Search functions accessible from the left side of our pages.

Once you have clicked on a category in the Category menu, either a list of products or a list of subcategories will be displayed. Lists of products always display name of the products, prices, and small photos. For detailed information about a product, click on its name or picture in a product list of a particular category or subcategory. The detailed information contains a lot of important characteristics and merits of all our products. You can also see a big photo of each of the product by clicking on the small picture on the detailed information page.

3) Shopping Cart

Cart for new customers – “Visitor’s Cart”
Each visitor of our online store can use this shopping cart by intuitive shopping right after coming to our store. When you leave our website, your visitor’s cart will be however emptied.

Cart for registered customers – “Customer’s Cart"
Each registered customer who logs in our system can use this cart. The contents of the cart remain even if you leave our store and return in the future to finish your order.

If you are a registered customer who does not log in right after coming to our website, you can comfortably use Visitor’s Cart as well. The contents will be transferred to your Customer’s Cart once you have logged in at the Checkout.

Whilst shopping with us, you place products you like into the cart; then you move forward to the checkout. You can place an item to the cart either by clicking on a Buy Now button on the right side in a product list, or by clicking on Add to Cart button on a page with detailed information about the product.

You can adjust the quantity of ordered product in the cart by adjusting the number in the Qty field or you can delete it from the cart by ticking the Remove box and then confirming the changes by clicking on Update Cart.

You can continue in choosing products and placing them in the cart as long as you want. When you are satisfied, click on the Checkout button. If you are a registered customers and logged in you will be directed straight to the Checkout. If you are a registered customer but not logged in, you will have the option to log in or to go straight to the checkout. If you have not registered with us yet you will have the chance to do so or you can continue without registration by going straight to the checkout.

4) Advantages of Registration

You can shop in our store without being a registered customer. Nevertheless, the registration implies a number of advantages for you.

Firstly, you will have to put it all the contact and personal details just once and all the future shopping with us will be a lot more comfortable. Secondly, you will be able to receive cool news about our shop and products providing you want it. And thirdly, you will be able to display the information about all your past orders and you will also be able to track the status of your current order.

5) Checkout

First page of the checkout process calculates the amount you will pay for the postal fee. You can also change the delivery address (a convenient option for example for sending a gift to your friend).

After clicking on Continue, the page with the billing address and the payment options will be displayed. You can alter the billing address and you will be required to choose the most comfortable way to pay. Currently, you can pay by European Bank Transfer from all over the Europe or by Cash on Delivery from the Czech Republic only. In near future, you will be able to pay by a credit card.

Once you have chosen the payment method and clicked on Continue, the final checkout page stating all the order details together will be displayed. You can check if all the data are alright and than Confirm Order.

You can cancel your order even after submitting it (by email or phone). It is possible until we confirm you back the acceptance of your order.

The confirmation of receiving and accepting your order will be sent to your email address together with all the information about the order and the link at which you can track the status of your order.

6) The End of Shopping

After confirming the order you will be offered to continue with further shopping. If you are satisfied for the moment and want to leave our store, please do not forget to LOG OFF. We strongly recommend you to log off our system and shut the browser window each time you leave Hookah’s World. A security risk may come for you especially if you shop from internet café or another public insecure computer if you fail to log off.
