Payment by card is safe:
- Our store uses the most recent and safe 3D-Secure payment gateway PayMUZO
operated by Global Payments Europe, s.r.o. in cooperation with our bank CSOB, a.s.
- We do not have access to your card details as all the sensitive information about the card is handled directly on
the highly secured PayMUZO payment gateway.
- The data transfers among all the subjects of the transaction (our store, the payment gateway, the authorization centre, the bank)
are secured by SSL protocols.
- The presence of logos Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code
guarantees you a safe payment by a card in our internet store.
We accept the following types of cards via PayMUZO:
- Visa
- Visa Electron (providing such a card is in 3D-Secure system)
- MasterCard
- Maestro (providing such a card is in 3D-Secure system)
Brief instructions how to pay by a card via PayMUZO in our store:
- During creating of your order choose PayMUZO when you are asked to choose the payment method.
- After you confirm the order, you will be redirected to the PayMUZO payment gateway. Please enter
your card number, expiry date and CVV2/CVC2 code (last three digits in the signature stripe on the back side of the card)
and click on Pay button.
- If your card is protected additionaly by the 3D-Secure system, you will be redirected to the authorization centre and asked
for your password. Once the password has been filled, please click on Submit button.
- At the end of the transaction you will be redirected back to our internet store and informed about the result of the transaction.
The redirecting to the payment gateway and back to our store may take about a minute so please do not click on Back button
or the Refresh button in your browser window as it can disrupt the transaction. Thank you.
