Customers are required to get to know with these Terms and Conditions before they order any products from our store.
The subject of the contract of purchase between the customers and the seller is the obligation of the seller to deliver the ordered goods to the customer, and the obligation of the customer to accept the ordered delivery and to pay the arranged amount by arranged means to the seller.
These Terms and Conditions are a part of the contract of purchase between the customer and the seller.
2) Ordering
You can order through our integrated Shopping Cart comfortably from your home 24 hours a day. Purchasing through our system is secure, fast, and easy. We also accept orders by email, phone, or in writing to our postal address.
We accept orders from all the Member States of the European Union. For international orders (orders to be shipped outside the Czech Republic) we always require payment before the order is dispatched. We ship internationally all our products except of tobacco.
Your order is accepted by us usually in a few minutes after you have confirmed it. A confirmation of accepting of your order will be sent to you via email. You will also be informed about the progress of dealing with your order (e.g. when it has been dispatched). We reserve the right to contact you by phone regarding some orders (e.g. a large and heavy order) for the purposes of confirmation or dealing with individual shipping options.
A cancellation of your order is possible until the order has been confirmed to you by us. You can cancel your order by email or phone; please always state your name, order number, and email address (in case of cancelling by phone).
3) Dispatch Times
We do our best to deliver our products to you in a timely fashion. All our hookahs and other products we offer you in our store are in stock when you order them. Therefore, we are able to dispatch all orders the same day we receive your payment. Dispatching thus should not take longer than 3 business days from receiving your order.
Your delivery should arrive to you within 5 workdays from the moment of purchase (this period may be longer for deliveries to some countries; however it should never take longer than 14 workdays).
It can happen that we will have insufficient stock if you intend to order very large numbers of some items. If you intend to do so we recommend you to email us first in order to ensure we will be able to supply your large order at once and we will be glad to deal with you individually.
4) Payment Options
a) Credit card (via PayPal) – you can use a secure PayPal payment gateway to pay easily by a credit card or even more easily via your existing PayPal account.
b) European Bank Transfer – you can send us the total amount to our bank account:

5) Shipping Price to European Union Countries except of the Czech Republic
Your order will be delivered to your address by post. We require the payment to be received before shipping. We do not charge you for any packing or handling fee.
Shipping to Slovakia and Poland costs 279 CZK (about 9.9 EUR).
Shipping to other EU countries is calculated according to the current tariffs of the Czech Mail. You will always know the amount paid for shipping before you confirm your order.

The prices may slightly vary according to the exchange rate fluctuations. Our system always operates with the most recent data and you will always know the exact amount before you confirm your order.
We ship orders up to 30 kilograms this way. For larger orders, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be glad to arrange individual transport for you.
6) Shipping Price within the Czech Republic
Your order will be delivered to your address by Czech Mail. You will be charged a postal fee of 99 CZK. We do not charge you for any packing or handling fee.
If you order products worth more than 2000 CZK we will pay all the postal fees for you.
We ship orders up to 30 kilograms this way. For larger orders, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be glad to arrange individual transport for you.
7) Warranty
All potential complaints will be dealt with quickly and in a way to keep your high satisfaction.
You are required to check the delivered goods at the moment of taking it. Our products are always thoroughly packed and we have minimum claims due to the damage during transport. However, if any mechanical damage of the package occurs, you must check the state of the packed goods, notify the deputy of the transport company, and write down a record about damage with him in case the goods itself is damaged too.
All our deliveries are insured; the transport company is fully responsible for any damage caused during the shipping. Based on the record about damage during transport, you will be provided an adequate discount by the transport company or new goods will be sent to you. By signing the transport document you agree that the order has been delivered alright and in time.
Prior to first use of our products, you must get to know with the warranty conditions and the instructions of use. In case of any use of our products in a way which is not fully in accordance with the instructions of use, we do not take any responsibility for potential damage caused by this use.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to the natural wear and tear caused by normal using of our products or the damage caused due to use in dissent with the instructions of use; it also does not apply to the defects about which you have been notified prior to the purchase.
For your sales returns please always provide us with a copy of your invoice, payment receipt and the transport document.
We will deal with your claim as quickly as we can. It can take 30 days at the latest; however, we usually manage it considerably sooner.
8) Returning Products
By shopping in our store you do not undertake any risk. You can return all the purchased goods back to us without stating any reason in 14 days from the moment of delivery of the order to you.
In this case, you must return non-used, undamaged, and complete goods in the original package and with the original receipt of purchase (invoice). You must return the goods to our address and you are responsible for paying the transport fee. After fulfilling these conditions the full purchase price for goods will be returned to you.
9) Other Terms
All the information published on the website of HookahsWorld.com (Svetdymek.cz) is protected by law. This protection may involve also the rights of third parties. The data on the web of the seller must not be copied, elsewhere published, or given to anyone without the permission of the owner of the store. The seller has no responsibility for potential mistakes in some of the contents of the website.
The seller has the right to change the contents of this website as well as the products offered in this store and their prices. The seller has also the right to change the contents of these Terms and Conditions; however, any changes of this kind will not affect already negotiated contracts of purchase.
